What are your turnaround times?

Our typical turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours after the shoot is completed.

What are your hours?

Our shooting hours are flexible, available any time, seven days a week.

How do I place an order?

After entering the checkout. First, you'll fill out our project form, which includes your name, contact information, and details about the property. You'll also select your preferred date for the shoot. Once you've completed and submitted the form, you'll be prompted to continue to the checkout page. From there, simply enter your billing and payment information, and your order has been placed. It's that simple!

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an automated email confirming your purchase. Shortly after, you’ll receive another email with a contract to ensure the protection of both parties.

Do I have to pay to host a virtual tour for my property?

Yes, hosting a virtual tour does require a monthly fee. Since we use Matterport's platform to create and host your virtual tours, there is a $9.99/month hosting cost. This ensures your virtual tour remains accessible online for prospective clients and viewers. If you have further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!

How long do shoots take?

The shoot typically takes between 1 to 2 hours, but never more than 3 hours.

Do I have to be present during the shoot?

No, your presence isn't required during the shoot. We can coordinate all necessary arrangements in advance to ensure everything goes smoothly.

How are orders delivered?

For media delivery, we primarily use Dropbox, as it allows easy access to high-quality files without any size or quality restrictions. If Dropbox isn't a feasible option, we can deliver the files via email. For virtual tours, we use Matterport, which provides an interactive and immersive experience for viewing the property.

What if I need revisions to the content provided?

We offer one round of complimentary revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Additional revisions can be accommodated for an extra fee.

How do I prepare my property for a photo or video shoot?

Make sure rooms are clean, well-lit, and free of personal clutter to ensure the best results. However when you schedule a shoot we will send you a necessary prep list.

Can you highlight specific features of the property in the video or photos?

If there are particular features you'd like us to highlight, like a beautiful kitchen, backyard, or pool, just let us know, and we’ll make sure they stand out prominently in the final product. Likewise, if there are areas you'd prefer to downplay, we can adjust the focus accordingly.

What happens if there is bad weather on the scheduled shoot day?

Weather can affect aerial and exterior photography. If conditions aren't ideal, we are flexible and can reschedule to ensure your property is captured in the best possible light.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a shoot?

We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we'll do our best to accommodate your new schedule.

Can you accommodate rush orders?

Yes, we offer expedited services. Please contact us to discuss your timeline and requirements.

What happens if my property is occupied?

We can work with occupied properties, but we recommend coordinating with occupants to minimize disruptions and ensure the property is photo-ready.

What If I have an Electronic Lockbox?

We kindly ask that you use a standard lockbox, provide access arrangements, or share a one-day code for the photographer. Please note that our photographers are not required to have apps for electronic lockboxes. Thank you!
